The platform
Your community.
A shared foundation.
We’re designing a multi-brand model with a clear division of responsibility. These capabilities describe our planned service and are not currently available for live offerings.
What white-label would mean here
A community would have its own approved brand, visual identity and domain. VibeVision AI, Inc. would remain prominently identified as the operating entity and would control the regulated portal functions once authorized.
| Brand partner | Proposed VibeVision responsibilities |
|---|---|
| Brand identity and community focus | Operator disclosure and approval of site content |
| Community relationships and prospective issuer introductions | Issuer eligibility, due diligence and conflict review |
| Approved informational materials | Investor education, disclosures and communication supervision |
| Brand-specific presentation | Offering workflow, recordkeeping and oversight of contracted providers |
One model for several brands
The intended business supports multiple company-owned community brands and qualified third-party partners. Each additional brand and domain would require internal approval, accurate disclosures and any regulatory update or approval required by the approved business model.
White-label branding would not allow an independent business to operate a securities intermediary using VibeVision’s registration. Responsibility and control would remain with the registered operator.
Ownership conflicts are a separate gate
A portal officer or director cannot have a financial interest in an issuer that uses that intermediary. Company-owned community brands can be distinct front doors for eligible independent issuers. A business owned by a portal officer would need a separate, independent registered intermediary for its offering.

Planned capabilities
- Approved brand and domain configuration with persistent operator identification.
- Shared issuer-review and conflict-screening procedures.
- Investor education, risk acknowledgments and required communication notices.
- Commitment, cancellation and material-change workflows.
- Qualified third-party funds handling and documented vendor oversight.
- Supervised communications, records and incident procedures.
Provider contracts, production integrations, security validation, staffing and regulatory review remain prerequisites. The public demo illustrates only a small portion of the proposed experience.
